Friendship Card For Robyn

Our friendship cards for this month was for Robyn in Australia, the theme was Blue, so I have stitched a pattern by Erica Fortgens onto light blue Linen cardstock,  I bought the butterfly ribbon from The Works and the papers are also from The Works, I have used navy blue ribbon from my stash and added gold and pale blue gems, it is all mounted onto navy blue cardstock.

It's been a while since I last posted here due to a terrible year last year, I am now at the stage of moving forward and looking forward to good times ahead. I'm not going to try to upload all the cards I made from the last few months of last year because I would be here all day so will start afresh with the cards I have made so far this year.

I had fun making this July friendship card for my Friend Lucy in Australia, the pattern is by Sjaak van Went No CO-2018-055, the threads are Gutermann No's 630, 1154 and 1317, the decoupage is from Moorehead  Die Cut Sheet No 11052-358, I embossed the background with Creative Expressions Embossing Folder, Love Hearts No EF-079 and added some red ribbon and some pearls to finish.

I enjoyed making this birthday card for my friend Sharon in Australia, the pattern is by Sjaak van Went No CO-2018-O54, I have used Mettler Thread No's 3040 and 2830, I die cut  the centre of Nellie Snellen Die No MFD054 and stamped the centre, I added pearls to finish this card, the papers are from my stash.

Birthday card for my Daughter

This birthday card was made with so much love for my daughter, I have stitched Karin's Creations pattern No KC176 and stitched with Gutermann thread No's 1108, 1256, 1031,1238 and 630, I used Creative Expressions Delicate Adornment Die and the little butterflies were die cut from Marianne Design Craftables Die No CR1354 and added some Shiny Details stickers and some pearls, I embossed the background with Creative Expressions Love Hearts embossing folder No EF-079 and added some peel offs to finish, this is an 8 x 8 card.

This is the birthday card I made for my Uncle, the pattern is Sjaak van Went No CO-2018-049, the threads are Gutermann No's 1029-Blue and 1238-Orange and also Mettler 5833-Green, the decoupage is from Ann's Paper Art Spring Birds Sheet No APA3DO12 both the decoupage sheets and Sjaaks patterns are available from Ann's Paper Art Webshop I have added some yellow pearls and peel off corner stickers to finish this card.

This card was made for my aunt's birthday yesterday, the pattern is by Sjaak van Went number CO-FP-004 available from Ann's Paper Art Webshop I have stitched with Mettler thread numbers 5833-Green and 2510 Mauve and also Gutermann thread number 1061- pale yellow. the image is from Decoupage sheet number MB0152.

Father Of The Bride

My Aunt asked me to make her another Father of the Bride card for her youngest son as his daughter is getting married next week, so I have stitched Ann's Paper Art Pattern Number a728, I have used Gutermann thread Numbers 1001-white and 7007- Gold, I die cut the Doves from a FindIt Media Die Number ADD10010, I have used white embossed cardstock and Centura Pearl Snow White cardstock and also Gold Mirri card, I finished the card with peel-offs and some white pearls.
