I have to admit, this is a beautiful pattern again by Ann's paper art, the pattern No is a2045, I really loved making this card, I used a Marriane design die for the centre image and added a few gems for the necklace, the stitching is done with a beautiful black and gold thread that I bought at Olympia Stitch and Craft Show, I think the Hobbydots really set the pattern Off well, I also added some gems to the corners of the card, then mounted it onto gold glitter paper and then black pearlescent card.
Stitch-a-greeting is all about the beautiful art of embroidery on card, cross stitch and blackwork.

ROSE
I love the rose pattern that Ann has created, it is APA pattern NO a726, I stitched onto K & Co paper, using a cream thread and a green for the stem and leaves, I really wished i had stuck to the cream thread for the whole pattern, I think it would have looked a lot better, but i still like the card i have made, I mounted it onto cream glitter paper and then onto pale pink card, this is a pattern that i know i will use a lot..

Ann's paper Art Butterfly Challenge
Here is my card for Ann's Paper Art Blog Challenge, the pattern is free from
The pattern is stitched onto linen card punched out with a Martha Stewart punch around the page punch, I have chalked all the embossed flowers and the edges of the stitched card, I added some punched butterfly's using a Martha Stewart butterfly punch, then added some gems to finish, I scanned the card to my pc and made some backing papers for the insert to match, this card is 8x8 in size, I liked this pattern so much that I decided to give the card to my dear friend Supernan Sue for her birthday.
