Contest Entry

I made this card for my craft groups May Contest, we were asked to stitch the pattern from Hobbydol Book No 108 and to add three flowers to it, I stitched Gutermann thread No's 1104 green, 1108 pink and 1317 peach, the flowers I Die Cut using my Spellbinders Heartfelt Creations Delicate Asters Die No HCD726 the larger butterfly is from my Cheery Lyn Designs  Exotic Butterly Small No DL112 Die and the small butterfly is from my Cheery Lyn  Designs Die Mini Dimensional Butterflies with Angel Wings NoD138, I have added some large pearls to the centres of the flowers.

This card I made for Sue at my craft group, I really love this new pattern from Ann's paper Art, the pattern No is a688, I have stitched with Gutermann thread No's  green 1104, lilac 1331, light brown 1128 and a pale yellow 1061, I wish I had got a better photo to show you.

This is the card I made for the contest on Sandra's Forum, the pattern is from Sandra, I decided to make an easel card and stitched the pattern three times, the papers are from my favourite paper people Liliof the valley  The decoupage is Sarah Kay sheet No 212.

Sympathy Card

It's always hard to make a sympathy card, unfortunately my dear neighbour passed away two weeks ago, he was such a lovely man, I made this card for his dear wife, I have stitched Karins Creations pattern no KC 103, the verse is perfect, I have got permission from the author to use it on my cards.

When I saw this pattern I just had to have it in my ever growing collection, the pattern is from pricknstitch South Africa, the pattern No is FT049,  once again I have use my Liliofthevalley papers, a ribbon and bow with a pearl  finishes this card.

This is the birthday card I made for Carol at my craft group, I do love my little Forever Friends Bears so this was perfect for this card, I have stitched a pattern by Ann's Paper Art, the card is from my stash.

Birthday Card

I made this birthday card for my dear friend Supernan Sue, I stitched APA Pattern No a223 on both front corners and the top and bottom corner of the inside, the papers are from Do Crafts Papermania  Capsule Collection 8x8 paper pad  Eau de Nil, I think the colours of these papers are beautiful, the lace is from the same collection, I found the ribbon to match in my local Hobbycraft store and then added a few die cut flowers and some gems to finish.
