I really enjoyed making this Friendship card fro Sharon in Australia, I have stitched Ann's Paper Art pattern No a 441 and I have used Reddy Die Cut Sheet Art No 83915.

Cards

It's been a while since I last updated my blog, so here are some of the cards that I have made since my last post.

This card was made for my Uncle's birthday today, I have stitched APA pattern No a681 onto Paper from a Joy Crafts Vintage Paper Bloc which I bought from Ann's Webshop.

This one was made for a friend, I stitched APA pattern No a454 and used my Reddy Die Cut S.W.A.L.K Art No 83301 again which I bought from Ann's paper Art Webshop.

I Die Cut APA pattern No a725 with the Nellie's Butterfly Die No MFD064, I used my Tim Holtz inks, in Old Paper colour around the edges, then stitched the butterfly in blue, a reddish brown and a dark pink, I used some papers I found in my stash, then mounted it onto old paper coloured cardstock.

Ann's Paper Art pattern No a932 was stitched for this card which I made for my craft groups February contest,

This card was made for a friends Hubby's birthday, the pattern stitched is APA pattern No a300, I really enjoyed making this card.

This card was made for Sophia's 12th birthday I stitched Ann's 3D Card  Embroidery Pattern Sheet no 2 pattern No 816.

I have stitched APA pattern No a681, I stitched with Guttermann thread No's, 1104 green, 1067 pale yellow and 1031 Lilac, I Die cut my new Nellie Multi Frame Die No MFD063-Flower 2 and also my Marrianne  Creatables Die No LRO250 for the flower in the centre.

This card was stitched using APA pattern No a711, I have Die Cut my Nellie's Butterfly Die No MFD064, I embossed a sheet of vellum and backed it with some purple pearlescent card and some yellow card, I added a ribbon and some irredescent flowers and a few gems to finish.

Birthday Card For My Sister.

I wanted to make a special birthday card for my Sister, so I chose the photo of her when she was younger to put in the centre, I stitched and Die Cut  Ann's Paper Art Stitching Stencil No AND 004, I chose to keep the colours as close to the photo as possible so stitched with my Gutermann thread No's 7001 and 7023, I used my Memory Box Fabulous Phlox Die Style No 98511 to cut the flowers and leaves and added some pearls to the centre of the flowers, I also added a black and a silver ribbon. I embossed the backing card too. My sister was thrilled to bits with this card and is going to buy a box frame to frame it and hang on her wall.

Birthday Card

This is the Birthday card I made for Pam at my craft group, I have stitched APA pattern No 818, I stitched with Gutermann thread No's 567 gold, 1108 pink and 1222 blue, the image is from a Studiolight Easy Die Cut sheet No 113.

This is the card I should have made for my Craft Groups Contest, but I completely forgot to make it, so I sat down on Sunday and made it even though it's too late to enter it.
