I decided to do something a little different from what I normally do, this card I made for a friend for her birthday today, I Die cut the Bird cage Die which belongs to a friend, I had been looking through my hobbydols books and found this pattern which I thought would go well with the bird cage, the pattern is from the Hobbydol book No93 by Chrissie, I embossed a sheet of white pearlescent cardstock using a Die'sire Embossalicious Regency Frame 8x8 embossing folder NoEF8-RGFRAME then cut it down to the start of the pattern, I then stitched the pattern onto the card using my Guttermann Sulky threads No's 1128 and 1222, after finishing the stitching I added the Rice beads then added the birdcage, I then Die cut the bird Die using my Cheery Lyn Hummingbird Die No B193, after assembling the card I felt it needed something else so I Die Cut my Spellbinders Die D-Lites Fantastic flourish Two Die and added them to the corners, it was by chance that I found I had the right coloured pearls to add to the card, I finished it off by Die cutting the letters using my Die Versions Micro font. I hope you like my card.
